PAPER SCULPTOR AND PATRON OF THE FOUJITA FOUNDATION
Junior Fritz Jacquet
Junior Fritz Jacquet, origami artist – paper sculptor and patron of the Foujita Foundation, is today a Master of Art exhibited in the world’s greatest salons and museums.
Incredibly light, her works are veritable invitations to softness and escape. Without glue or scissors, Junior crumples and folds to create one-of-a-kind pieces and designer lights that create poetic, comforting and playful settings.
In the following encounter, we offer you a unique moment of poetry in his company. In it, he expresses his enthusiasm for artistic practices, which are essential for building self-confidence and relationships with others.
He looks back on a complicated childhood with learning difficulties, finally calmed by an encounter with origami.
Practicing this art has enabled him to refocus, regain self-confidence, discover his abilities and offer a language to make himself understood by others.
